After realizing the profound impact of holistic well-being on my own life, I decided to start this blog to share my experiences. Throughout my journey, I’ve encountered significant shifts in my overall well-being with an intentional approach to self-care. Prior to this realization, I constantly felt anxious, burnt out, and disconnected from myself, and that was affecting my physical, mental, and emotional health.

I started exploring simple ways to feel better — mindful habits, light movement, nourishing food, and making time for self-care. The more I leaned in, the more balanced and connected I felt.

For more than two decades, my career has revolved around the fields of education, nonprofits, and recently strategic communication, and I have continued to enjoy research and writing. Although these experiences have shaped my understanding of the importance of personal growth and well-being, what truly drives me is my obsession with complete well-being.
