After realizing the profound impact of holistic well-being on my own life, I decided to start this blog to share my experiences. Throughout my journey, I encountered a transformative shift in my overall well-being when I began embracing a holistic approach to self-care. Prior to this realization, I constantly felt anxious, burnt out, and disconnected from myself, and that was affecting my physical, mental, and emotional health.
So, I began exploring various aspects of holistic well-being: mindfulness practices, incorporating lightweight exercise into my routine, nourishing my body with nutritious food, and prioritizing self-care activities. Moreover, as I engaged deeper with these practices, I noticed significant improvements in my energy levels, mental clarity, and overall contentment.
For more than two decades, my career has revolved around the fields of education, nonprofits, and recently strategic communication, and I have continued to enjoy research and writing. Although these experiences have shaped my understanding of the importance of personal growth and well-being, what truly drives me is my obsession with complete well-being.
